Made primarily from Blauer Wildbacher (the local grape behind Schilcher) with small amounts of Zweigelt and Pinot Noir, the wine ferments naturally and ages in old wooden barrels. The result is ethereal and juicy, with notes of cranberry, red currant, rosehip, and gentle spice, carried by a subtle tannic grip and bright acidity.
