The Labyrint series showcases single-varietal white wines designed to express the granite soils of Svätý Jur with purity and precision. Labyrint II 2023 is made from 100% Grüner Veltliner, given a gentle overnight maceration before pressing, and aged for one year on fine lees in 225–600L neutral oak and acacia barrels.
The result is a focused, mineral-driven wine that feels both calm and quietly complex — a Grüner that prefers nuance over noise.
