Elisa and Rubén planted this vineyard in 1988 on the plateau of Castilla y León, where the altitude means cold nights even in summer, slow ripening, and grapes that carry real concentration without losing freshness. Fifteen days of skin contact in open barrels with indigenous yeasts, then 14 months in clay amphora — a vessel that keeps the wine alive and oxygenating gently without adding the flavour of wood. The amphora ageing gives the Pico Lunar its characteristic harmony: structured but not rigid, rich but not heavy.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: dark cherry, dried herbs, subtle earth, light spice
Palate: concentrated dark fruit, fine mineral edge, warm and rounded
Texture: structured, full, with a velvety grip from the long maceration
Finish: long, complex, and persistently warm
