Heks ’24 is a bright, electric, and joyfully unconventional wine that sits somewhere between a light red and a rosé — refreshing, low in tannin, and bursting with energy. Produced in a tiny run of just 800 bottles, it’s a playful yet precise blend of 50% Regent, 25% Pinot Blanc, and 25% Riesling.
The vinification is carefully tuned for freshness: Regent spends 5 days semi-carbonic, Pinot Blanc 3 days semi-carbonic, while Riesling is direct pressed for lift and acidity. Bottled in clear glass Schlegel bottles with a cork closure and just 8 mg/l sulfur added at bottling, the wine stays pure, vivid, and alive.
This is a wine that doesn’t ask much — drink it with food, without food, chilled, shared, or solo.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: red currant, sour cherry, cranberry candy, orange peel
Palate: juicy red fruit, soft bitterness, citrus zest, bright tension
Texture: light-bodied, smooth, very low tannin
