Sigyn 2022 is a unique red wine crafted by Jas Swan of Katla Wines, in the Rheinhessen region of Germany. This natural wine is a blend of 75% Regent and 25% Riesling, creating a red/white hybrid with just a touch of sweetness on the finish, thanks to its 3g of residual sugar.

With foraging vibes on the nose, Sigyn unveils aromas of conifer, dark and red berries, nutmeg, and hints of coffee, complemented by its fresh acidity. On the palate, it's vibrant and slightly chilled, making it an ideal companion for game meats, light meats, tuna, oily fish, olives, and toffee.
