Andrej and Nadja turn their hand to sparkling with the same hands-off approach as the still wines. The Opera III is a traditional method rosé — direct-pressed, primary fermentation in stainless steel without malolactic, 10% reserve wines for continuity, and zero dosage at disgorgement. Blaufränkisch gives colour and red fruit character, Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure and dark berry depth, Rhine Riesling keeps the acidity electric and the finish clean.
