An electric white from La Senda, the rebellious heart of Bierzo. -213- is named after the altitude drop between vineyard and cellar — a symbolic freefall into pure, untamed flavor. A blend of Malvasía and Doña Blanca, grown on old vines tucked into steep slopes of slate and clay.

Pressed gently, fermented with native yeasts, and aged on the lees in old barrels. The result? Saline, textural, and buzzing with energy. Think wild herbs, candied citrus, sea spray, and soft smoke — like walking a mountain trail with a lemon tart in your backpack.
