Aurora 2023

A pure and luminous expression of Etna’s volcanic terroir. Aurora 2023 is an elegant blend of 90% Carricante and 10% Minella, aged for six months in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and mineral precision.

Straw yellow with golden reflections, it opens with aromas of white peach, tropical fruit, and delicate buttery notes, lifted by refreshing citrus and a subtle volcanic minerality. The palate is refined and textured, with balanced acidity and a long, lingering finish of fresh herbs and a delicate touch of beeswax.

Bright, fresh, and deeply Sicilian. Serve chilled with seafood, sushi, or light pasta dishes.
