Sourced from a 50-year-old organic vineyard in Quincié, Elisa’s careful touch in the cellar—carbonic maceration, gentle pressing, and six months in concrete—preserves the wine’s purity and vibrancy. A beautifully fluid, juicy Beaujolais that’s as drinkable as ever.
