Bianco S.L Frizzante 2020

One of the best Proseccos we've had in a while. Glera from vines that are 20 years old. Fermentation is around 10 days, and the wine spends 7 more months in concrete before secondary fermentation in the bottle. Fine bubbles, dry baked pear notes, and a little residual sweetness. Kiwi fruit flavours and lots of minerality.
