Bichette 2023

A juicy, lifted red from Luberon that’s as vibrant as it is complex. Bichette 2023 is an even split of Carignan, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each treated differently—whole bunch Carignan, de-stemmed Cabernet, and direct-pressed Grenache for brightness. The result? Deep, ripe fruit, cinnamon spice, and coffee notes on the nose, leading into a silky, supple palate with a dry, herbal finish.
