Old vines, volcanic soils, and that unmistakable Bouju energy. Cailloux is a deeply mineral Pinot Noir from 80-year-old vines, crafted by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau in the wild heart of Auvergne. Juicy, earthy, electric. Possibly our favourite from Domaine La Bohème.
