Giustu 2024

Giusto is Masiero’s soulful take on Tai Rosso, an ancient native grape from the Veneto. Made from vines over 120 years old, grown on limestone-rich soils, this is a wine that carries both history and elegance in every sip.

Fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts and aged in a mix of old oak and cement, Giusto 2019 is unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with no added sulphites (<10mg/L). The result is pure, expressive, and quietly complex — with notes of red cherry, herbs, dried flowers, and mineral earth.

A beautiful choice for fans of light-structured reds with natural finesse. Serve slightly chilled and pair with roasted vegetables, charcuterie, or nothing at all.
