Mas de Janiny is run by brothers Thierry and Pascal Julien on clay-limestone soils near Montpellier, farmed organically since they took over the family estate in the late 1980s. Le Temps des Gitans — named after Thierry's love of manouche music — was always meant to be festive, light, and shared. The white blends 60% Sauvignon with 20% each of Grenache Blanc and Vermentino, vinified at low temperature to keep things crisp and aromatic.
