MALAPARTE OX NV

An oxidative white with a wild edge. ‘Ox’ Blanco is aged for a full year outdoors in glass demijohns, fully exposed to the extremes of the Castilian climate. This slow, natural process encourages the formation of flor, the yeast layer responsible for its nutty, complex character. Aromas of macerated flowers, dried fruit, and toasted almonds unfold into a textured, deeply savory palate with a rich, lingering finish.

A wine to sip, savor, and let evolve in the glass. Best enjoyed with aged cheeses or simply on its own.
