Mii no Umeshu 2020 is built on a base of long-aged sake, giving it depth and smoothness, while carefully selected plums bring brightness and lift. The result is a more refined style of umeshu, less sugary, more composed.
Sweetness and acidity are kept in balance, with a subtle almond note running through the wine, adding a soft, rounded complexity. Easy to drink, but with enough structure to keep it from feeling simple.
