A pure, unadorned expression of Furmint from Liszt, Minimalist 2022 strips winemaking back to its essentials. Hand-harvested in tiny 8kg boxes, directly pressed, and aged on full lees in amphora without disturbance, this is natural wine at its most elemental.
Unfiltered, bottled by gravity (10 mg/l sulfur), it carries bright orchard fruit, subtle herbs, and a saline edge on a feather-light 10% frame. Essential, reduced, individual – a wine of raw character and clarity.
