Moki 2021

Delicate, fragrant, and oh-so-drinkable — Moki 2021 is a light sparkling rosé from the hills of Veneto, made with 100% Pinot Gris. After a 5-day maceration on the skins in concrete vats, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation. The fine sparkle is achieved through tirage with 3% must from the local Senese grape, keeping it lively and full of character.

Expect notes of wild berries, rosewater, and crushed herbs, with a refreshing zip and just the right amount of funk. A perfect aperitif, picnic companion, or brightener of grey days.
