An extremely limited 7-year-aged ginjo sake from the flagship Okushika-line of West Japan's top brewery Akishika. The Okushika is Oku-san's signature Sake and is one of the greatest sakes made today. This has been aged at the brewery until its release in 2019, the start of its best drinking condition. Organic rice, slow-brew yamahai-starter, unpasteurized, unfiltered and undiluted. A full-bodied, dry sake with a brown sugar aroma. The taste is complex with slight woody tones and a clean delicate finish. Drink at all temperatures. Store dark and cool.
