Serragghia Bianco 2023

A wild, otherworldly expression of Zibibbo (Muscat d’Alexandrie) from the volcanic island of Pantelleria, closer to Tunisia than Sicily. This wine is one of a kind—fermented and aged in ancient amphorae buried in the ground, untouched by modern intervention.

Deeply aromatic, intensely floral and spicy, with notes of orange blossom, dried apricot, wild herbs, and salty sea spray, all wrapped in a textural, electric structure. Raw, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfites, this is natural winemaking at its most uncompromising.
