Sunshine in a bottle — Soley is an expressive orange wine from Jasmin Swan of Katla Wines, made with 100% Kerner and just ~800 bottles in existence. Rich amber in color and boldly aromatic, with notes of orange peel, sunflower, candied ginger, and a hint of island whisky smokiness. A touch of sweetness (10g/L residual sugar) adds roundness, making it perfect with a cheeseboard or spicy dishes.
Aged in old barriques.
