Unfiltered Catarratto that is beautifully fragrant with spicy white grape juice and white blossoms. Mouth-filling and textural on the palate, with notes of pink grapefruit and green apple, as well as a slightly spicy minerality from time spent on lees. Fresh and incredibly approachable, this wine is a must on warm nights with a bowl of linguini marinara.
