A pure and untouched Jura Chardonnay. Zéphirine 2023 (formerly known as Zéphi) is an unfiltered, no-sulfur white with electric tension and depth. Sourced from a carefully tended vineyard near Arbois, it’s all about crisp orchard fruit, citrus zest, and a flinty mineral streak that runs through the core. Vibrant, textural, and beautifully raw, with only 643 bottles made.
