100% Chardonnay grown in Escales on blue marl and calcareous soil. A crowd-pleasing white wine created from grapes bought from Laetitia & Rodolphe's neighbour who practises certified organic farming. A wine for the warmer months, with hints of pear and Granny Smith apples with hints of thyme oil, freshly squeezed lemon, and herbes de Provence. Delicious.
